Front Desk Guest Experience Sales Associate Club Pilates South Salem

POSITION

This position requires a candidate who is positive, friendly and dependable. The position is a combination of selling memberships, studio tasks and member connection. The ideal candidate will provide a premium client service environment focused around positivity, health and wellness.
Hourly rate: $17 per hour plus commission

Hours weekly varies based on business needs up to 30 hours (part-time position)
Flexible Schedule Includes:

Evening shift
Monday to Friday
Morning shift
Weekend shift Saturday/Sunday
REQUIREMENTS:
Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills required. Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales in memberships, retail, private training, and teacher training. Ability to learn and use the Club Ready software system. Ability to stand throughout the shift. Must be fluent in English and have excellent communication skills via in-person, phone/text and email.

Must be able to work both independently and within a team. Must be able to occasionally participate in special events (health fairs, grand openings, marathons, and community and hospital events) to promote the club. Previous retail, sales or fitness experience is preferred. High school diploma or equivalent required. Authorization to work in the United States required. Must be able to pass Background Check process.

DUTIES

Contact prospective members to explain benefits of a regular Pilates routine and costs of membership. Conduct tours of the facility while establishing a relationship and targeting an individual's needs and wants. Achieve or surpass monthly membership and retail sales goals. Clean retail area, studio, and restrooms. Greet clients as they enter with 1-on-1 personal interaction. Answer the phone in a friendly and professional manner. Sell memberships over the phone, on-line, or in person. Execute sales process of lead generation, follow up, and close.

Assist members with downloading and using the Club Pilates app. Ensure all forms, administrative supplies, and studio literature is stocked and visible. Process accurate sales transactions Point of Sale software. Check in new Retail inventory and place on salesfloor in partnership with management. Participate in special events (examples: health fairs, grand openings, marathons, and community and hospital events) to promote Club Pilates. Calmly address clients’ concerns while maintaining the rules and procedures of the studio.

Be responsible for opening or closing the studio depending on your shift.
