Immediate Start Required
We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator Administrator to join a busy team on a 6-month temporary contract. This is primarily an administrative and coordination role, supporting the successful delivery of projects through effective planning, organisation and stakeholder management.
While this is not a technical role, candidates must have a good understanding of digital platforms, websites, mobile applications and digital marketing activities to confidently coordinate project actions, communicate with stakeholders and support project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and coordination support across a range of projects.
- Own and maintain project action plans, ensuring deliverables, dependencies and deadlines are tracked effectively.
- Coordinate activities across multiple teams and stakeholders to ensure projects remain on schedule.
- Organise meetings, prepare agendas, document actions and follow up on deliverables.
- Monitor project progress, track issues and risks, and provide regular updates and reports.
- Act as a central point of contact between internal teams, external suppliers and stakeholders to help resolve issues quickly.
- Support project-related activities across areas such as marketing campaigns, website updates, training initiatives and operational projects.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
Essential Skills & Experience
Previous experience in a Project Coordinator, Project Administrator or Senior Administrative role.
Strong administrative and organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Experience managing action plans, coordinating multiple stakeholders and tracking project deliverables.
Ability to identify issues, coordinate solutions and keep projects moving forward.
Confident communicator who can build relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.
Proactive, self-sufficient and able to hit the ground running with minimal onboarding.
Immediately available or available at short notice.
