This employer is seeking a senior Cross-Domain Systems Engineer to join their team, focused on enhancing national security through advanced digital solutions. The Role

• Lead the development and deployment of digital cross-domain solutions for customer missions.
• Engage with customers to capture, define, and understand user and security requirements.
• Decompose system requirements, including hardware, software, interface, and security controls.
• Coordinate with stakeholders throughout system development, integration, testing, and fielding.
• Support system accreditation activities using the Risk Management Framework and plan security improvements.
• Lead efforts in planning, designing, and implementing cross-domain data flows and defining data handling policies.

What You'll Need

• Proven experience in developing requirements, including capability and system-level requirements, user stories, or use cases.
• Experience in creating technical written deliverables for system delivery or deployment efforts.
• Proficiency with online collaboration and work tracking tools such as the Atlassian Suite (Jira, Confluence) and ServiceNow.
• Solid understanding of the Risk Management Framework (RMF) and its application to system accreditation.
• Ability to plan systems delivery and deployment, including technical plans, schedules, resource allocation, and risk tracking.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with the willingness to undergo a polygraph examination.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
