The Role

• Build and maintain rapport with customers through excellent phone and email support.
• Manage an assigned portfolio of past-due accounts to minimize aging.
• Determine reasons for overdue payments and implement solutions.
• Collaborate with a team to minimize outstanding balances and bad debt.
• Meet and maintain department goals in a fast-paced call center environment.

What You'll Need

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Prior call center or bookkeeping experience is a plus.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) proficiency is a plus.
