We are currently seeking a Platform Analytics Lead to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina (US-NC), United States (US).

Job Description

Drive the measurement and reporting strategy for the Tachyon platform by defining and governing KPIs, OKRs, reporting standards, and success metrics across platform adoption, developer experience, operational performance, governance, cost management, and business value realization.

Design, develop, and maintain scalable reporting frameworks, dashboards, scorecards, and analytics solutions to measure platform lifecycle performance, including use-case intake, onboarding, utilization, service performance, operational outcomes, and business impact.

Analyze complex operational, product, engineering, financial, and user-adoption data to identify trends, risks, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities, translating findings into actionable recommendations that support strategic planning and investment decisions.

Develop and manage reporting datasets, data models, and data pipelines that enable accurate, reliable, and timely analytics and reporting across the platform ecosystem.

Partner with product, engineering, governance, security, FinOps, data, and business stakeholders to establish reporting requirements, align measurement methodologies, and deliver meaningful business insights.

Define and monitor performance measurement approaches for platform availability, utilization, service quality, adoption, operational efficiency, cost optimization, and time-to-value.

Create executive-level reporting, presentations, scorecards, and visualizations that communicate platform performance, business value, risks, opportunities, and strategic outcomes to senior leadership.

Lead the development and continuous improvement of business intelligence solutions that provide stakeholders with self-service access to performance metrics, operational insights, and decision-support analytics.

Establish and maintain reporting standards, data governance practices, and metric definitions to ensure consistency, transparency, and trust in platform reporting and analytics.

Leverage Microsoft technologies, including Power BI, Power Apps, SQL, and other reporting and analytics tools, to automate processes, improve reporting efficiency, and enhance user experiences.

Support platform planning, investment prioritization, operational excellence initiatives, and value realization efforts through data-driven insights and performance measurement.

Identify opportunities to enhance reporting capabilities, optimize analytics processes, and improve organizational decision-making through scalable measurement and reporting practices.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience developing and executing measurement, reporting, analytics, or business intelligence strategies supporting enterprise platforms, products, or operational functions.
  • 8+ years of experience analyzing and interpreting operational, product, engineering, financial, or adoption-related data to support business decision-making.
  • 5+ years of experience designing and implementing KPI, OKR, metric, or performance measurement frameworks.
  • 5+ years of experience developing dashboards, scorecards, executive reporting, and business intelligence solutions.
  • 5+ years of experience using SQL for data extraction, transformation, analysis, and reporting.
  • 3+ years of experience developing or managing data integration processes, reporting datasets, or data pipelines.
  • 3+ years of experience using Microsoft Power BI or comparable business intelligence platforms.
  • 2+ years of experience using Microsoft Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps, Power Automate, or related technologies.
  • Experience presenting analytical findings and recommendations to senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience measuring enterprise platform adoption, utilization, operational performance, service quality, and value realization.
  • Experience supporting platform engineering, developer platforms, cloud platforms, or digital product organizations.
  • Experience with data governance, data quality management, and enterprise reporting standards.
  • Experience supporting FinOps, cost optimization, or technology investment reporting.
  • Experience developing executive-level performance reporting for large-scale technology organizations.
  • Advanced proficiency with Power BI, data modeling, visualization design, and self-service analytics solutions.
  • Master's degree in Analytics, Information Systems, Business Administration, Data Science, or related field.

Benefits

NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for U.S.-based positions. The starting pay range for this remote role is $65-$80/Hour. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.

This position is eligible for company benefits including participation in medical, dental, and vision insurance, flexible spending or health savings account, and AD&D insurance, employee assistance, participation in a 401k program, and additional voluntary or legally-required benefits.
