The Role • Ensure a well-maintained store and a positive shopping experience for customers alongside team members. • Actively participate in restocking shelves, attractive product presentation, baking, and operating modern checkout systems, including self-checkout options. • Support the Store Manager by leading shifts, coordinating task allocation, and implementing store concepts. • Handle warehouse duties, cleaning, and inventory tasks. What You'll Need • Previous retail experience, ideally with some leadership or shift management exposure. • A team-oriented attitude with a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to motivate others. • Ability to work quickly and efficiently. • Reliability and flexibility to work varying shifts as agreed with management.
