Job Description

We're supporting a leading Financial Services organisation with the appointment of a Business Continuity & Resilience Officer to join their Operational Resilience team.
The company is continuing to invest significantly in resilience capability and is seeking a motivated individual to support the ongoing development of Business Continuity and Operational Resilience practices across the business.
The Opportunity
This role will play a key part in strengthening resilience capability through:

Supporting and challenging Business Impact Assessments (BIAs)
Reviewing and maintaining Business Continuity Plans (BCPs)
Supporting Operational Resilience resource mapping
Managing resilience vulnerabilities and actions
Supporting crisis management and incident response activities
Conducting supplier due diligence activities
Supporting resilience governance, policies and standards
Delivering business continuity awareness and training

About You We're interested in candidates with experience in:

Business Continuity
Operational Resilience
Technology Resilience
Risk Assurance
Incident Management
Crisis Management

Ideally gained within:

Financial Services
Insurance
Banking
Other regulated environments
