The Role • Build and lead your own fitness studio with a proven system and growth prospects. • Take entrepreneurial responsibility for managing personnel, revenue, costs, and quality. • Lead, motivate, and develop your team of employees. • Drive local marketing initiatives and member acquisition. • Ensure an outstanding studio experience for all members. • Uphold EASYFITNESS brand and quality standards. What You'll Need • Minimum of €25,000 to €75,000 in equity capital. • Strong entrepreneurial mindset and ability to act independently. • Leadership skills and capacity for teamwork. • Enthusiasm for building and growing your own business. • Ideally, experience in fitness, service, management, or sales; newcomers are welcome. • A passion for fitness, health, and people.
