Membership Sales & Wellness Advisor

Hawthorn Farm Athletic Club is looking for motivated individuals to help prospective members discover how HFAC can support their health and wellness journey.

As the first point of contact for many of our members, you’ll create meaningful connections, provide personalized club tours, and recommend membership and wellness programs that fit each individual’s lifestyle.

Success in this role comes from genuine relationship building, community engagement, and delivering an outstanding member experience. Our full-service athletic club needs someone with excellent customer service skills to develop relationships with prospects that lead to happy and satisfied members. Our ideal candidate has an understanding of our products and services, including general exercise equipment and wellness programs, along with the ability to prospect leads through telemarketing, cold calling, walk-ins, and member referrals.
