This Global client is currently undertaking a significant HRIS transformation, and we're looking for an experienced Senior HR Systems Consultant to join the People & Culture team on a 6-month contract.
This is a hands-on opportunity for an HR Systems professional who enjoys taking systems from design and configuration through testing, implementation and go-live.
You'll work closely with People & Culture, Technology and key business stakeholders to ensure the new HR platform delivers a great experience for employees and managers, while integrating effectively with the wider technology environment.
What you'll be doing- Configure and build HR system solutions from agreed designs
- Lead UAT, including test planning, scripts, test data, defect management and business sign-off
- Assess the impact of system and process changes across payroll, finance, reporting and other connected systems
- Coordinate integration and regression testing
- Develop and deliver stakeholder communications, training and change activities
- Support go-live, hypercare and continuous improvement
- Identify opportunities to simplify processes and reduce manual workarounds
- Support the decommissioning of the existing HR platform and secure retention of employee data
- Partner with P&C, Technology and business stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes
You'll have:
- 5+ years' experience implementing, configuring or supporting HR/People systems
- Strong hands-on HRIS configuration and implementation experience
- Proven experience with UAT, testing and defect management
- Experience taking systems through go-live and stabilisation
- Strong understanding of HR processes across the employee lifecycle
- Experience working with system integrations and downstream data flows
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- The ability to influence and collaborate across a matrix environment
- A practical, solutions-focused approach and strong attention to detail
- Experience working in a fast-paced, globally distributed organisation
