The Role

• Setting up and operating processing machines
• Performing quality checks and maintaining documentation
• Conducting maintenance, cleaning, and preventive repairs
• Ensuring adherence to production schedules
• Maintaining the technical condition of equipment
• Supporting trials of new technologies and processes
• Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
• Monitoring and ensuring compliance with safety regulations

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training as a machine and plant operator, packaging technologist, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of relevant professional experience
• High level of responsibility and a proactive work approach
• Independent and goal-oriented working style
• Willingness to work shifts and weekends
