Client Details Our client is in the Insurance sector and is looking to grow their team with a Java Solution Architect. This is a hybrid role with 1-2 days a week in London.

Description Design and develop scalable and efficient Java-based solutions to address complex business challenges.<br />Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand technical requirements and translate them into practical solutions.<br />Provide architectural guidance and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.<br />Conduct code reviews and mentor team members to promote professional growth.<br />Evaluate and recommend appropriate tools, frameworks, and technologies to enhance project outcomes.<br />Ensure solutions are aligned with organisational goals and technical strategies.<br />Develop and maintain technical documentation for implemented solutions.<br />Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure system reliability and performance.

Profile Must haves:

Java, J2EE<br />Spring / Spring Boot<br />Microservices<br />Camunda or similar BPM tools<br />Agentic development experience<br />Hands on Solution Architect experience<br />Hands on coding still up to date - able to do POC, help the development team when needed<br />Database experience Nice to haves:
