Our client in Austin, Texas is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to join their team for high-impact upcoming projects. Backed by a multibillion-dollar valuation and a strong presence in the financial industry, they offer stability and continuous growth.

 

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Azure Databricks.
  • At least 10 years of experience in data warehousing environments
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on Python development experience.
  • Practical experience using Azure DevOps or Jira for workflow tracking.
  • Hands-on fluency with modern data ecosystems, including Databricks/lakehouse platforms, data governance, MDM, semantic layers, data quality, and metadata/lineage.
  • Background in regulated or financial services environments strongly preferred.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

  • PySpark experience is a plus.
