Job Title: Healthcare Data Engineer (Informatica, Oracle 12c) 15+ yrs Exp

Location: Menands, NY (Hybrid)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications:

• Experience writing SQL and PL/SQL, including stored procedures and functions, using Oracle 12c or higher, including Oracle 19c, and developing Informatica mappings.
• Experience developing Rhapsody routes, including Rhapsody 7, and acquiring and managing millions of records using XML and HL7 message formats.
• Experience using Informatica 8.x or higher, including Informatica 10.2, in a data warehouse environment, including data warehousing concepts, design, and development of complex mappings.
• Experience with Informatica Data Quality 8.x or higher, including Informatica 10.2, covering data profiling, data cleansing, standardization, match and merge processes, measurement techniques, and business use cases.
• Experience specifying and conducting system testing, including unit, integration, regression, load, and performance testing, as well as User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Experience working with healthcare data and healthcare standards, including HIPAA, HL7, or similar standards.
• Experience developing project timelines and gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.
• Experience programming and developing solutions for public sector government IT projects.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
