About the Role

As a Policy Validation Executive at Zego, you'll be a key player in our Fraud department, which is organised into two specialised teams, each focusing on different aspects of fraud prevention. This role offers a fantastic entry point into the intriguing world of Fraud. As you progress, you'll have the chance to develop your skills further, take on more responsibilities, deepen your expertise in fraud and underwriting, or assist in training new team members.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Validating Policy Details- Scrutinise documents and customer information for accuracy and signs of fraud or tampering.
• Document Examination- Request and review supporting documentation to confirm the authenticity of information provided by customers.
• Customer Interaction- Engage with customers through live chat and other communication methods to address document issues or policy adjustments while delivering exceptional service.
• Collaboration- Work closely with a dynamic, motivated, and intelligent team to support the validation process and contribute to fraud prevention efforts.

What You’ll Need to Be Successful

• Experience in a insurance or financial services role
• Keen attention to detail and a sharp eye for inconsistencies.
• Strong communication skills, particularly in handling customer interactions professionally and empathetically.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
• A proactive approach to learning and development, with a keen interest in fraud prevention and underwriting.
• You work AI-first. You will use AI daily here, and we mean daily. You do not need to arrive an expert, but you do need to arrive curious, experiment fast, and take ownership of getting good quickly. People who wait to be trained will find this uncomfortable.
