The Role

• Conduct property inspections to identify pest issues and recommend tailored solutions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Achieve sales targets through prospecting new business and effectively managing leads.
• Utilize company-provided tools and technology, including an iPad for sales agreements.
• Educate customers on pest prevention, quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Uphold company values of safety, professionalism, empathy, integrity, and innovation.

What You'll Need

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.
• No prior industry experience required; comprehensive training provided.
• Ability to obtain necessary pesticide licenses/certifications.
• Willingness to work in various weather conditions and access confined spaces as needed.
• Capacity to safely lift up to 50 lbs and use ladders.
