Job Description

Isomorphic Labs is applying frontier AI to help unlock deeper scientific insights, faster breakthroughs, and life-changing medicines with an ambition to solve all disease.

The future is coming. A future enabled and enriched by the incredible power of machine learning. A future in which diseases are curtailed or cured starting with better and faster drug discovery.

Come and be part of an interdisciplinary team driving groundbreaking innovation and play a meaningful role in contributing towards us achieving our ambitious goals, while being a part of an inspiring and collaborative culture.

The world we want tomorrow is the one we’re building today. It starts with the culture at this company. It starts with you.

About Iso

Isomorphic Labs (IsoLabs) was launched in 2021 to advance human health by building on and beyond the Nobel-winning AlphaFold system. Since then, our interdisciplinary team of drug discovery experts and machine learning specialists has built powerful new predictive and generative AI models that accelerate scientific discovery at digital speed.

Our name comes from the belief that there is an underlying symmetry between biology and information science. By harnessing AI’s powerful capabilities, we can use it to model complex biological phenomena to help design novel molecules, anticipate how drugs will perform and develop innovative medicines to treat and cure some of the world’s most devastating diseases.

We have built a world-leading drug design engine comprising AI models that are capable of working across multiple therapeutic areas and drug modalities. We are continually innovating on model architecture and developing cutting-edge capabilities to advance rational drug design.

Every day, and with each new breakthrough, we’re getting closer to the promise of digital biology, and achieving our ambitious mission to one day solve all disease with the help of AI.

Your impact

As a Candidate Experience Coordinator, you are the engine of our Talent Acquisition (TA) function. You won’t just support recruitment; you will architect, own, and lead the candidate journey through interdisciplinary collaboration.

Overseeing complex global scheduling, you will own the holistic end-to-end candidate experience— running an efficient and exceptional interview process from the first touchpoint to the final stages. You will drive data integrity to influence hiring decisions, whilst also serving as a process engineer who identifies bottlenecks and implements smoother workflows. This position is designed as a launchpad for your career, giving you interdisciplinary visibility and significant project ownership across the talent acquisition lifecycle.

What you will do

1. Own the Candidate Experience Architecture

  • Curate the Journey: Act as a primary, consistent point of contact for candidates, ensuring every interaction is timely, seamless, and supportive. You will seamlessly balance high volume scheduling with candidate care.
  • Host the Onsite Experience: Act as the host and central lead for our onsite (or virtual) interview days, ensuring candidates feel welcomed, prepared, and impressed.
  • Humanise Communication: Partner across the team to design candidate communications. You will ensure our templates are authentic and aligned with our values, including managing early-stage rejections with empathy and professionalism.
  • Scheduling Excellence: Orchestrate complex, interdisciplinary interview loops across multiple time zones with speed and efficiency, proactively managing any last-minute changes with candidates, interviewers, and hiring managers.

2. Drive Operational Excellence & Data Integrity

  • Be a "Data Guardian”: Champion the quality and consistency of our data within our ATS (Greenhouse). You will manage job set up, build interview processes and ensure  candidate statuses are meticulously maintained to enable accurate reporting.

Onboarding Operations: Oversee critical onboarding and compliance operations, such as right-to-work checks, pobu (integrating people data with relevant google systems), and background checks. Upskill and educate the talent team on criticality of accurate data and Greenhouse (ATS) best practices in both hiring and onboarding processes.

  • Feedback Loops: Partner with the Principal Talent Lead to analyse candidate survey data. You will turn these insights into meaningful actions, blending data-driven and experiential perspectives to continuously elevate our standards.
  • Identify & Eradicate Bottlenecks: Proactively flag recurring scheduling challenges or process delays. You won’t just follow the process; you will help evolve it by suggesting improvements and piloting new workflows.

3. Enablement & Strategic Partnership

  • Scaling processes: Utilising AI, you will assist in documenting core processes for TA, creating clear and consistent guides for everything from complex scheduling to offer approval workflows. Additionally, you will ensure effective training for any new coordinators and wider TA members.
  • Champion Interdisciplinary Partnership: You will have opportunities for domain alignment with specific verticals, allowing you to build deeper context on the roles you support and partner closely with Hiring Managers, thereby leveraging diverse skills and perspectives across the business.

Skills and qualifications

Essential:

  • Exceptional Organisation: Ability to prioritise multiple functions and tasks while maintaining the highest attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience Centric: A strong focus on providing the best possible candidate experience, with the empathy to manage relationships through the entire recruitment lifecycle.
  • Tech & Data Savvy: Experience using online calendar/meeting applications (G-Suite preferred) and a data-driven approach with a strong desire to advocate for clean data.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, capable of keeping stakeholders updated and writing "human-first" correspondence.
  • Global Mindset: Experience scheduling and complex coordination across multiple time zones.
  • Process Mindset: The ability to learn complex systems quickly and a willingness to question "how things are done" to find better solutions.

Nice to have:

  • ATS Expertise: Deep experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, specifically Greenhouse
  • Project Management: Experience leading or contributing to operational projects (e.g., event logistics, data cleanup, survey rollouts).
  • Agency or Search Firm Experience: Experience acting as the main point of contact for external partners.

Creating an extraordinary company

We believe that to be successful we need a team with a range of skills and talents. We're building an environment where collaboration is fundamental, learning is shared and every employee feels supported and able to thrive. We value unique experiences, knowledge, backgrounds, and perspectives, and harness these qualities to create extraordinary impact.

We are committed to equal employment opportunities regardless of sex, race, religion or belief, ethnic or national origin, disability, age, citizenship, marital, domestic or civil partnership status, sexual orientation, gender identity, pregnancy or related condition (including breastfeeding) or any other basis protected by applicable law. If you have a disability or additional need that requires accommodation, please do not hesitate to let us know.

Hybrid working

It’s hugely important for us to share knowledge and build strong relationships with each other, and we find it easier to do this if we spend time together in person. This is why we follow a hybrid model, and would require you to be able to come into the office 3 days a week (currently Tuesday, Wednesday, and one other day depending on which team you’re in). If you have additional needs that would prevent you from following this hybrid approach, we’d be happy to talk through these if you’re selected for an initial screening call.

Please note that when you submit an application, your data will be processed in line with our privacy policy.
