The Role • Contribute to the structural and content development of a new child and adolescent psychiatry unit. • Conduct diagnostics and therapy for children and adolescents, creating and implementing individual treatment plans. • Provide professional supervision and guidance to assistant physicians. • Participate in establishing systematic procedures for measuring and evaluating treatment outcomes. • Collaborate closely with the psychosomatic clinic for interdisciplinary exchange and coordinated patient care. • Engage in internal training, knowledge sharing, and potentially pursue scientific projects and attend conferences.
