Quick overview
Job description
UTA Advisory seeks a Manager, Growth Strategy to help advertising, media and technology companies decide where to focus and how to win in their market.
AI, commerce media, streaming, social and creators are reshaping marketing faster than most companies can adjust. Buyers have more choices, attention is harder to earn, and the playbooks that worked three years ago don't anymore. UTA Advisory helps clients understand what is changing, decide where to compete, earn consideration with the buyers who matter, and turn it into revenue.
As a Manager, Growth Strategy, you run the day-to-day work that makes that happen. You own key workstreams across client engagements, lead research and analysis, and turn what you find into work clients can act on. You work alongside Directors, VPs and Principals, guide junior team members, and get real time with senior client executives.
This is a role for someone who wants to learn, work hard, be at the epicenter of the industry, and become an expert in where it is headed.
You have worked close to growth, in marketing, sales or consulting, and you want to understand what it takes for a company to earn consideration and drive revenue.
The ideal candidate brings experience driving growth in marketing, sales, or consulting and understands how to translate strategy into work that sales and marketing teams can use. You combine analytical rigor with creative storytelling, build trust with senior clients, and thrive in a collaborative environment where you help junior colleagues develop. You measure success by results, not just deliverables, and bring curiosity and a point of view on the forces shaping media, advertising, technology, and culture.
The salary range for this role is $90,000 - $100,000 commensurate with experience and skills.
