Epic Professional Billing Analyst

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Epic Resolute Professional Billing (PB) Consultant with strong hands-on experience in Charge Router, Work Queues (WQs), and overall PB functionality. The ideal candidate should have comprehensive Epic PB knowledge beyond charging, with experience in Community Connect or Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs).

Required Skills

·       Active Epic Resolute Professional Billing (PB) Certification.

·       Strong experience in Epic PB maintenance, production support, troubleshooting, and optimization.

·       Hands-on experience with Charge Router and Work Queues (WQs).

·       Broad functional knowledge of Epic Resolute PB, including billing workflows beyond charging.

·       Experience working in a Community Connect or FQHC environment.

·       Day-to-Day Responsibilities

·       Provide ongoing maintenance, optimization, and production support for Epic Resolute PB.

·       Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, service requests, and enhancement requests.

·       Support Charge Router, Work Queues, and other Professional Billing workflows.

·       Collaborate with operational and revenue cycle teams to improve billing processes and system functionality.

·       Participate in system upgrades, testing, documentation, and workflow enhancements.

·       Work independently while collaborating with the broader Epic Professional Billing team.

Preferred Skills

·       Experience with Epic PB Claims.

·       General Ledger (GL) experience.

·       Experience in Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) or Rural Health Clinics (RHCs).

·       Professional Billing experience in California.

·       Understanding of WRAP logic.

Key Candidate Requirements

·       Candidates must demonstrate strong, hands-on Epic Resolute PB expertise, particularly in Charge Router and Work Queues, along with broad Professional Billing knowledge. Community Connect or FQHC experience is highly preferred for this role.
