The ideal candidate brings hands-on Epic pharmacy experience, strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, and the ability to independently manage priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Responsibilities
· Design, configure, test, implement, and support Epic Willow Ambulatory solutions for retail and outpatient pharmacy operations.
· Evaluate pharmacy processes and translate operational requirements into effective, scalable Epic configuration and workflow improvements.
· Support end-to-end prescription and medication workflows, including intake, fulfillment, dispensing, charging, inventory visibility, and related point-of-sale processes.
· Provide ongoing production support by troubleshooting application issues, completing system maintenance, identifying root causes, and implementing enhancements with minimal operational disruption.
· Partner with pharmacy operations, pharmacy leadership, revenue cycle, IT, and other stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve system performance, efficiency, and the user experience.
· Support integrated testing, application upgrades, workflow validation, implementation activities, go-lives, and post-deployment stabilization.
