The Role • Support the planning of architecturally sophisticated construction projects for private, corporate, or public clients. • Assist with design and concept development, considering aesthetic, artistic, and sociological aspects. • Contribute to the creation of construction documents and detailed planning. • Coordinate and oversee construction firms, ensuring quality, budget, and timeline adherence. • Document the construction process. What You'll Need • (Technical) college entrance qualification, a recognized vocational qualification, or state-certified technician/business administrator status. • German language proficiency at B2 level. • Willingness to complete a pre-application aptitude test. • A passion for the construction process and an interest in urban planning, landscape design, and related issues. • Strong mathematical skills and spatial reasoning abilities. • Artistic inclination, good design expression, and manual dexterity.
