Job Title: SAP IS-U Billing Consultant

We are looking for an experienced SAP IS-U Billing Consultant to support utility billing and customer service initiatives in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and support SAP IS-U Billing and Invoicing processes.

• Analyze business requirements and provide functional solutions.

• Work with cross-functional teams on billing enhancements, testing, and production support.

• Troubleshoot billing issues and ensure accurate utility billing operations.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of SAP IS-U experience with strong expertise in Billing/Invoicing.

• Hands-on configuration experience in SAP IS-U Billing.

• Knowledge of utility industry processes (electricity, gas, or water).

• Experience with testing, defect resolution, and client-facing communication.
