We are looking for an experienced Senior Desktop Support Tech to join our team in Richmond, VA!

Location: Richmond, VA

Work Arrangement: 100% On-Site (Day 1)

Interview Process: Virtual initial round Mandatory In-Person final round

Key Skills & Requirements (4+ Years Required)

• Operating Systems & Office: Windows 11+ & MS365 / Outlook
• Hardware & Systems: PC/laptop refreshes, peripherals, drivers, and BIOS configurations
• Remote Management Tools: Hands-on experience with SCCM/SMS, Remote Desktop, or Dameware
• Troubleshooting & Analysis: Tracking issue trends, running reports, and resolving complex hardware/software issues
• Soft Skills: Excellent customer service, strong communication, and gathering user feedback to improve training
