We are seeking a skilled professional for a modern manufacturing company specializing in CNC production. This role offers the opportunity to join a well-established team with advanced machinery and contribute to the creation of high-precision components.

The Role

• Independently set up, operate, and manage CNC lathes and/or milling machines.
• Manufacture precision parts according to technical drawings and work plans.
• Conduct dimensional, form, and quality checks using standard measuring tools.
• Adjust and optimize existing CNC programs directly on the machine.
• Monitor production processes to ensure high-quality output.
• Perform tool changes, machine maintenance, and minor repair tasks.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training as a Zerspanungsmechaniker, CNC specialist, or equivalent qualification.
• Several years of professional experience in CNC turning and/or milling is desirable.
• Proficiency in reading technical drawings and using measuring instruments and test protocols.
• Experience with common CNC controls is advantageous.
• A precise, structured, and quality-conscious approach to work.
• Responsibility, reliability, and teamwork skills.
