Systems Administrator

Description
We are seeking a Systems Administrator to support Microsoft 365, endpoint management, workstation deployments, and end-user support in a modern Microsoft cloud environment. This role will be responsible for managing Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, Windows devices, user access, security policies, and device lifecycle activities while delivering excellent customer service to end users.
Responsibilities

• Administer and support Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Intune, and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Manage user accounts, groups, permissions, licensing, devices, and access controls.
• Deploy, configure, and support Windows 11 laptops and workstations.
• Migrate devices to Entra ID Join and enroll endpoints into Intune.
• Configure and maintain Intune policies, application deployments, device compliance, and endpoint security controls.
• Support Windows Autopilot, Conditional Access, BitLocker, Windows Hello for Business, and Microsoft Defender for Endpoint.
• Provide Tier II/Tier III support for workstation, authentication, Microsoft 365, hardware, software, and mobile device issues.
• Support BYOD, MDM/MAM, and mobile device administration for iOS and Android devices.
• Assist with Active Directory, file shares, printers, and general infrastructure administration.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, deployment procedures, and support knowledge articles.
• Participate in IT infrastructure, security, and cloud transformation projects.
• Provide white-glove support to employees and leadership during device deployments and migrations.

Requirements
Qualifications

• 3+ years of Systems Administration or Endpoint Administration experience.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, and Microsoft 365.
• Experience deploying and supporting Windows 10/11 devices in an enterprise environment.
• Knowledge of Conditional Access, Autopilot, Defender for Endpoint, and endpoint security best practices.
• Experience supporting mobile devices, BYOD, and modern device management solutions.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.

Preferred: PowerShell scripting, Active Directory administration, and Microsoft certifications such as MD-102, MS-102, AZ-104, or SC-300.
