Salesforce Technical Delivery Manager

Nustaff are currently recruiting a Salesforce Technical Delivery Manager to coordinate and lead the day-to-day technical delivery of a programme across multiple suppliers. You will make sure solutions are delivered to the agreed scope, quality and timelines.

You will report to the Programme Manager and work alongside the Enterprise Architect and Test Lead. You will lead all delivery and build teams, drive collaboration, resolve delivery challenges and make sure the end-to-end solution design is fit for purpose.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the technical delivery of projects and programmes involving up to seven external suppliers
• Coordinate and lead all build and delivery resources day to day
• Chair daily stand-ups, planning sessions and delivery checkpoints to manage progress, priorities and dependencies
• Lead breakout sessions and technical workshops to resolve conflicts, blockers and cross-supplier dependencies
• Own and manage technical risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies (RAID), and present them weekly to the Programme Manager
• Make sure the solution architecture, application design and integration approach are complete, coherent and fit for purpose
• Oversee the delivery of application enhancements, CRM solutions and integration capabilities
• Review supplier delivery plans, technical designs and estimates to confirm they match programme objectives
• Coordinate application interfaces, APIs, data flows and integration dependencies
• Lead Technical Design Authority (TDA) forums, providing governance, challenge and decision-making support
• Contribute technical updates and risk assessments to Programme Boards and Steering Committees
• Support release planning, deployment, testing coordination and handover to operational support teams
• Provide regular delivery status reports covering progress, risks, issues and key decisions

Essential Criteria:

• Proven experience as a Technical Delivery Manager, Technical Programme Manager or similar technology delivery leadership role
• Experience managing and coordinating multiple third-party suppliers in complex delivery environments
• Strong, practical knowledge of Salesforce technologies and CRM platforms
• Experience delivering application-focused programmes with significant integration requirements
• Strong understanding of enterprise applications, APIs, middleware, system integrations and solution delivery lifecycles
• Ability to lead technical teams and suppliers through complex challenges and competing priorities
• Experience chairing technical governance forums, design reviews and delivery stand-ups
• Strong risk, issue, dependency and delivery management skills
• Experience working in Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery methodologies

Desirable:

• Salesforce certifications, or experience delivering Salesforce transformation programmes
• Experience with enterprise integration platforms and cloud-based application environments
• Relevant delivery qualifications such as PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, MSP or PMP

• Pay: £14.41 per hour - (could be increased - experience dependant)
• Hours: 29 per week, Monday to Friday
• Office based work
