The Role

• Prospect and sell pest control solutions to new and existing commercial clients.
• Conduct property inspections to identify pest issues and recommend tailored solutions.
• Build strong, trusting relationships with customers through empathetic problem-solving.
• Achieve sales goals by leveraging prospecting techniques and provided leads.
• Utilize company-provided tools and technology to manage sales agreements and client information.
• Prioritize safety, professionalism, and integrity in all customer interactions.

What You'll Need

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to obtain pesticide licensing (company paid).
• No prior industry experience required; sales experience is preferred.
• Willingness to work independently in various weather conditions and physical environments.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including ladder use, lifting up to 50 lbs, and accessing confined spaces.
