What You'll Do As Senior Manager, CE Marketing, you will lead the Marketing Center of Excellence (CoE) across Central Europe, driving marketing activations, developing our digital marketing capabilities, and advancing the transformation of the function.

You’ll lead the Marketing Center of Excellence (CoE), setting the direction, priorities, and quality standards for our marketing activations and digital marketing capabilities across Central Europe.

You’ll lead the end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional marketing campaigns, partnering with topic and channel leads from planning through execution and evaluation.

Bringing strategic insight and MarTech know-how to every stage, you’ll ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on budget, and to a consistently high standard.

You’ll drive the transformation and AI enablement of the Marketing CoE, further developing our ways of working and embedding an agile, data-driven marketing approach. xnbtkat

You’ll shape analyses and benchmarking together with our Marketing Intelligence team to measure campaign effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
