Role Overview

This position requires a skilled mechanical professional for an on-site role at the company headquarters. The ideal candidate will manage and oversee mechanical operations, demonstrating thorough knowledge in the mechanical field, including plumbing, HVAC, and refrigeration. This role is responsible for maintenance, troubleshooting, and ensuring compliance with state and local mechanical codes.

License/Certification: A valid Virginia HVAC Journeyman or Master License is required.

Technical Skills: Strong technical experience in mechanical system maintenance, including HVAC, plumbing, and refrigeration, is necessary. The role requires troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
