The Role

• Responsible for the replacement and repair of vehicle glass, including calibration of driver assistance systems.
• Assume leadership responsibilities for technical and operational matters on-site.
• Ensure adherence to company standards and manage daily operational planning.
• Advise and support customers from order placement to vehicle handover with a strong service orientation.
• Manage invoicing, customer funds, and order processing.
• Oversee quality assurance measures, inventory management, and audit-relevant standards.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training in a trade, ideally with several years of professional experience as a Vehicle Technician, Mechanic, or Body Shop Technician.
• Willingness to complete a proficiency test or already hold a leadership certification.
• Possess a Class B driver's license and good German language skills.
• Proficient in computer use and comfortable with administrative tasks.
• Strong customer and service orientation with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently.
