The Role

• Drive sales objectives by developing long-term advertising relationships within an assigned territory.
• Utilize professional sales techniques to identify and secure new advertising opportunities.
• Engage with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and explore growth potential.
• Conduct market research to understand local and national competition.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective and current clients.
• Work a Monday-Friday schedule, balancing office-based activities with field sales efforts.

What You'll Need

• Comfort with making proactive outbound calls (cold calls) via phone and in-person.
• Strong presentation skills and the ability to clearly articulate product benefits and company policies.
• A knack for building rapport and gaining the trust of diverse individuals.
• Self-motivation, resilience in the face of rejection, and a drive to meet sales targets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; CRM experience is preferred.
• A valid Driver’s License is required.
