"This role is primarily a business-facing technical lead, rather than a pure Databricks developer or hands-on architect position. We need someone who is strong in:
- Business requirements gathering and stakeholder discussions
- Translating business/data use cases into technical requirements and solution direction
- Databricks and data engineering concepts
- Dimensional/data modeling
- Healthcare domain experience, preferably working with healthcare data and business use cases
- Coordinating with offshore architects and development teams through design and delivery
- Strong communication and stakeholder management"
