Job Title: Infrastructure Engineering - Supply Chain Analyst IV

Must-Have Skills
1.General supply chain experience- particularly in inventory operations is key including supply planning/supply chain planning experience
2.Excellent data analysis and reporting skills – ability to slice/dice data and make inferences/recommendations is core to this role
3.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – this candidate will be working with several XFN partners as part of their daily role

Nice-to-have Skills
1.Supply planning experience – particularly with planning systems/tool

Job Description

 Hands-on, tactical and operational role supporting end-to-end supply planning and product availability for consumer electronics programs. Focused on supply and demand balancing, purchase order execution, shipment tracking, and daily allocation, in support of the supply planners who own the portfolios. Success looks like clean execution under changing priorities, fast troubleshooting, and disciplined, repeatable processes.

Required Skills

Direct supply chain planning experience, hands-on in tactical and operational work: PO execution, shipment tracking, ex-factory and commit support Demonstrated ability to balance supply and demand across multiple programs at once Excellent with spreadsheets in general, including expert-level Excel and Google Sheets (large datasets, pivots, lookups, no hand-holding) Systems experience with o9 and Oracle Fusion; understanding of ERP planning, order management, allocation, and fulfillment Dashboard and ad hoc reporting experience; Tableau or similar BI tools a plus Experience using AI tools and incorporating them into analysis and reporting workflows Strong troubleshooting and discrepancy-resolution ability Process-driven and detail-oriented; able to multitask and hold quality under shifting priorities Excellent written and verbal communication Ownership mindset with the ability to see tasks through to completion Independent self-starter who can operate with minimal direction

Preferred

Consumer electronics industry experience, ideally AR/VR Experience coordinating with contract manufacturers and 3PL warehouses

Education and Experience

Bachelor''s degree in supply chain, operations, industrial engineering, or business, with 2 to 4 years in a similar planning or supply chain execution role
