The Role

• Direct and oversee the hospital's accounting system and financial operations, including billing, AR, AP, payroll, GL, forecasting, and budgeting.
• Prepare comprehensive monthly and annual financial reviews, budgets, and state financial reports.
• Develop and implement plans to enhance operational efficiency in collaboration with leadership.
• Monitor compliance with relevant regulations.
• Participate in hospital Governing Body committees and partnership boards as required.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's Degree required; MBA preferred.
• Minimum five years of hospital accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of financial management, analysis, and managerial skills in accounting or healthcare operations.
• Proven experience in financial management, including revenue and expense management, contract negotiation, and labor management.
• Experience in budgeting (capital and operational) and establishing strong internal controls.
