Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Cyber Security Engineer with strong expertise in SailPoint IdentityIQ (On-Premise) to support and enhance the organization's Identity & Access Management (IAM) environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for administering, maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving the Identity Governance platform while ensuring secure identity lifecycle management across enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, and enhance the SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) platform.
• Design, develop, and support Access Request Workflows.
• Configure and manage Identity Aggregations.
• Implement and support Provisioning and Deprovisioning processes.
• Manage User Onboarding and Offboarding workflows.
• Support Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) initiatives.
• Troubleshoot SailPoint connectors, aggregation issues, and provisioning failures.
• Perform SailPoint platform upgrades, patching, and maintenance.
• Integrate SailPoint IdentityIQ with enterprise applications and directories.
• Support identity lifecycle management and access governance across the organization.
• Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams to improve IAM processes.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of overall experience in Cybersecurity, Identity & Access Management, or IT Security.
• 3 5+ years of hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (On-Premise).
• Strong experience with:
• SailPoint IdentityIQ Administration
• Access Request Workflow Development
• Identity Aggregations
• Provisioning & Deprovisioning
• User Onboarding & Offboarding
• Identity Governance & Administration (IGA)
• Troubleshooting SailPoint connectors and aggregations
• SailPoint upgrades, maintenance, and platform support
• Experience integrating SailPoint with:
• Active Directory
• PeopleSoft
• Identity Lifecycle Management solutions
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• CISSP
• CompTIA Security+
• Other relevant Cybersecurity certifications
