Inside Sales Agent | Los Angeles, CA, United States | Hybrid

We're hiring on behalf of a large, established organization with a strong reputation for loyalty programs and service. This company is seeking motivated individuals to join their dynamic sales team, offering the chance to work with well-known products and dedicated members.

The Role

  • Qualify prospects, quote, and sell memberships and personal lines insurance products.
  • Collect premiums, bind coverage, and enter policy data into insurance systems.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of insurance policy provisions, rules, and systems.
  • Prospect for new business and follow up with existing members and insureds.
  • Resolve membership and insurance issues with discretion and independent judgment.
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities and manage multiple tasks effectively.

What You'll Need

  • High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
  • 1-3 years of insurance sales experience is advantageous.
  • Moderate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Advanced written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to obtain Personal Lines and Life Insurance Licenses.
  • A competitive drive to achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.
