Lead business and technical alignment for supply-chain data products and KPIs. Define KPI logic, business rules, data requirements, and coordinate UAT with business stakeholders.

JD Summary :
We are looking for a Supply Chain Data & KPI Lead with strong Pharma/Life Sciences domain experience to bridge business and technical teams in developing and managing supply-chain data products and KPIs.
The role will focus on defining KPI logic, business rules, data requirements, data models, and source-to-target mappings, while working closely with Supply Chain business stakeholders, SAP teams, data engineers, and analytics teams.

Key Responsibilities:
Define and standardize Supply Chain KPIs, metrics, and business rules.
Translate business requirements into data and technical requirements.
Work with SAP S/4HANA and SAP IBP data and supply-chain processes.
Support data modeling, SQL-based data validation, and Databricks data solutions.
Coordinate and lead UAT with business stakeholders.
Perform data reconciliation, identify data-quality issues, and coordinate defect resolution.
Manage stakeholders across Business, Supply Chain, SAP, Data Engineering, and Analytics teams.
Must-Have Skills :
Pharma/Life Sciences + Supply Chain + SAP S/4HANA + SAP IBP + KPI/Metrics + Data Modeling + SQL + Databricks + UAT + Stakeholder Management.
Ideal candidate: A business-technical professional who understands Pharma Supply Chain processes + Databricks and can effectively translate business requirements into data products, KPI definitions, and technical solutions.
