Job Summary
We are seeking a seasoned Enterprise Salesforce Architect to lead architecture, solution design, and governance across a complex Salesforce ecosystem, with a specialized focus on merger, acquisition, and organizational consolidation initiatives.
The ideal candidate will bring deep Salesforce architecture expertise along with proven experience consolidating or migrating multiple Salesforce orgs following corporate mergers, acquisitions, or divestitures. This role will be responsible for assessing existing Salesforce environments, defining target-state architecture, developing consolidation strategies, and ensuring data integrity, security, scalability, and business continuity throughout the transition.
This is a highly strategic role requiring strong technical leadership, executive communication, and the ability to navigate ambiguity and competing priorities across multiple organizations.
Required Skills
- 10+ years of Salesforce experience
- 4+ years of experience as a Salesforce Architect / Enterprise Salesforce Architect
- Salesforce Certified Application Architect and/or System Architect
- Proven experience with Salesforce Org Consolidation, Org Merger, or large-scale Salesforce Migration, preferably in an M&A environment
- Strong expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Apex, LWC, and Flow
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce data modeling, security, sharing rules, and multi-org architecture
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and integration platforms such as MuleSoft or Boomi
- Experience with data migration/ETL tools such as Data Loader, Informatica, or Jitterbit
- Experience with data mapping, cleansing, deduplication, and migration strategy
- Strong architecture governance, technical design, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working with M&A/PMO teams, migration planning, cutover, and rollback strategies
- Must be available to work core hours in the US Eastern or Central Time Zone
