Information & Compliance Manager - London

I am currently recruiting for an Information & Compliance Manager for a main contractor based in London. The Main Contractor primarily builds within education, commercial and residential sectors within London and the Home Counties with project values ranging between 1 - 5 million in value and projects are a mixture of new build, refurbishment, and fit out projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out regular site audits, inspections, and compliance checks.
• Champion and lead on the roll out of Procore across the business.
• Monitor compliance with company procedures, construction regulations, and project requirements.
• Review and maintain forms, procedures, checklists, RAMS and compliance documentation.
• Monitor quality standards, identify non-conformances and follow up corrective actions.
• Support environmental compliance and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Prepare audit reports and maintain accurate compliance records.
• Work closely with Project Managers, Site Managers, subcontractors, and management to resolve compliance and quality issues.
• Support internal and external audits and inspections.

The Candidate -

• Previous experience in compliance, quality, QHSE or assurance, ideally within construction.
• Experience conducting audits and site inspections.
• Good understanding of construction procedures, documentation, and quality standards.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
• Confident communicating with site and project teams.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001/14001/45001, CDM and RAMS would be advantageous.
