Job Description

A fast-growing financial technology consulting organization is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead enterprise software and payment integration initiatives for large national and global customers. This is a full-time, fully remote position with preference for candidates located in Texas, the Central Time Zone, or the Eastern United States. The organization specializes in modern digital payment platforms, ERP integrations, billing automation, and enterprise financial workflow modernization.

The successful candidate will help lead high-visibility implementation projects that improve how large organizations invoice customers, process payments, and manage financial operations. The role is ideal for a polished project leader who enjoys client interaction, can manage multiple priorities simultaneously, and wants to expand their expertise within the payments and financial technology space. Required Skills & Experience
  • 5+ years of Project Management experience
  • Experience managing software implementation or integration projects
  • Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects
  • Ability to facilitate meetings, drive action items, and maintain project timelines
  • Experience with SaaS, fintech, financial systems, ERP, invoicing, billing, or payment-related projects
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Desired Skills & Experience
  • Experience with payment processing platforms
  • Exposure to Stripe, payment gateways, or merchant services technologies
  • ERP implementation experience, particularly SAP environments
  • PMP certification
  • Background working with enterprise customers
  • Consulting or professional services experience
  • Knowledge of order-to-cash business processes
What You Will Be Doing
  • Lead multiple client implementation projects from initiation through completion
  • Coordinate communication across customers, partners, and internal delivery teams
  • Manage project schedules, milestones, resources, and risk mitigation activities
  • Facilitate project status meetings and executive updates
  • Ensure successful delivery of payment and financial system modernization initiatives
  • Track project performance and drive issue resolution
  • Maintain strong customer relationships throughout project lifecycles
