Job Title: Senior Actimize Developer

Location: Mount Laurel, NJ

Duration: Contract/FTE

 

Job Summary : 

We are seeking an experienced Actimize Senior Developer to design, develop, and support financial crime compliance solutions using the NICE Actimize platform. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Anti-Money Laundering (AML), fraud detection, transaction monitoring, and financial compliance systems, along with solid technical and analytical skills.

 

Job Description:

 Design, develop, customize, and implement  Actimize solutions.

  • Work on AML, Fraud Detection, Transaction Monitoring, and Case Management modules.
  • Experience in UTR, STR, LCTR and other regulatory reporting.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Develop and optimize Actimize rules, workflows, alerts, and data models.
  • Develop and support ETL/data integration pipelines for large-scale financial data processing.
  • Work with Azure cloud services for application deployment, data migration, and modernization initiatives.
  • Integrate Actimize applications with banking and enterprise systems.
  • Perform unit testing, troubleshooting, debugging, and production support.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, compliance teams, architects, and stakeholders.
  • Ensure application performance, scalability, and security standards.
  • Knowledge on Actimize Currency Transaction Reporting (CTR) Processing and Automation Solution
  • Knowledge on CTR/MIL detection and CTR/MIL adjustments
  • Knowledge on CTR consolidation
  • Knowledge on loading the transactions to actimize
  • CTR/MIL/DOEP workitems
  • E-Filing and Acknowledgment Processes
  • Actimize database level knowledge
  • Mentor junior developers and participate in code reviews and best practices.

 

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong experience in Actimize platform development.
  • Expertise in AML and financial crime compliance solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with:
    • Actimize RCM, IFM, AIS, or ActOne, SAM, CDD, Watch List Filtering, and KYC
    • Java / J2EE
    • SQL and database technologies
    • ETL tools and data integration frameworks
    • Azure cloud services (Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL, Azure Storage, Databricks, etc.)
    • Unix/Linux environment
    • Web services and APIs
  • Knowledge of banking and financial services domain.
  • Experience with cloud migration and data engineering concepts.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Worked on compliance requirements in user entitlements, risk thresholds, and SAR filings
  • CI/CD pipeline management with Jenkins, Terraform, and cloud infrastructure automation
  • Develop and maintain Actimize components using Java and Actimize APIs
  • Build and customize rules, profiles, and alert logic for transaction monitoring
  • Develop Actimize workflows and case management processes
  • Extend Actimize data models (ADM) as per business needs
  • Experience with Actimize Data Model (ADM) and schema extensions
  • Expertise in Actimize rule development, alert generation, and workflow customization
  • Ability to design and implement end-to-end Actimize solutions
  • Knowledge of alert tuning, false-positive reduction, and risk scoring models
  • Experience integrating Actimize with enterprise systems and third-party tools
