Production Operative – Temp to Perm
Location: Milton Keynes
Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday (Rotating Shifts)
We are currently recruiting Production Operatives on behalf of our client based in Milton Keynes. This is a fantastic temp-to-perm opportunity with the chance of a pay increase once you secure a permanent contract.
Shift Pattern
- Week 1: 6:00am – 2:00pm
- Week 2: 12:00pm – 8:00pm
- Monday to Friday
- Have to be able to work the rotating shift
The Role
You will be working across various departments within the manufacturing facility, including:
- Assembly
- Welding
- Rolling
- Sorting
- Cleaning
- General production duties as required
This is a varied, hands-on role, so flexibility and a willingness to work across different departments is essential.
Requirements
- You must live in Milton Keynes or be able to reliably commute.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is essential.
- A good work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work as part of a team.
- Safety boots are required for this role.
