The Role

• Deliver expert mechanical roadside repair and vehicle diagnostics.
• Provide emergency breakdown support across the UK.
• Handle a variety of issues including flat batteries, tyre changes, and complex fault-finding.
• Offer quick, confident solutions and reassurance to members in need.
• Start and finish your working day from your own home.
• Work on demand-led shifts averaging 40 hours per week.

What You'll Need

• A Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification or equivalent.
• At least 2 years' post-qualification technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience.
• A customer-focused approach with excellent communication skills.
• A full UK driving licence.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and think on your feet.
• A proactive problem-solver and a proud ambassador for the brand.
