The Opportunity

A leading manufacturing and recycling business is seeking a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join its growing engineering team. Package & Benefits

• Salary of £47,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance activities across production equipment
• Respond promptly to machinery breakdowns and production issues
• Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faults
• Support production teams by minimising equipment downtime
• Identify opportunities to improve reliability and performance
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with company procedures

Candidate Requirements

• Proven maintenance engineering experience within a manufacturing, production, or processing environment
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
• Ability to work across both electrical and mechanical systems
• Relevant engineering qualifications (NVQ, City & Guilds, Apprenticeship or equivalent) preferred
• Electrical bias would be advantageous
• Experience working in a fast-paced production environment
