We are expanding our services and establishing a new child and adolescent psychiatry unit. The Role • Assist in the organization and structuring of the daily clinic routine for patients and staff. • Engage in co-therapeutic activities, building on individual and group therapy themes. • Provide first-line support and intervention during acute crisis situations. • Lead therapy groups focused on areas such as relaxation, mindfulness, social skills, and coping mechanisms. • Contribute to the development and growth of a new child and adolescent psychiatry unit. What You'll Need • Completed vocational training as an Erzieher, Heilerziehungspfleger, or Heimerzieher (m/w/d). • Prior experience in psychiatry or residential care settings is advantageous but not essential. • Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills. • A respectful, professional, and empathetic approach towards patients and their families. • A keen interest in professional development and learning new skills.
