The Role

• Plan, organize, and execute various tests, including stress, real-time, transport stability, and usage stability studies.
• Prepare comprehensive stability testing plans and reports.
• Evaluate test results and derive conclusions, such as shelf-life determinations.
• Collaborate closely with other departments, including the analytical lab, production, and technical validation teams.
• Serve as a key contact for assigning shelf-lives for raw materials and intermediate products.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training as a Medical Technical Assistant (MTA), Biological Technical Assistant (BTA), Chemical Technical Assistant (CTA), or a comparable qualification in Biology/Chemistry laboratory or chemical technology.
• Solid practical laboratory experience, ideally including cleanroom environments.
• Hands-on experience with various laboratory equipment, such as HPLC.
• Proficiency in standard MS Office applications.
• Ideally, knowledge of GMP, ISO 9001, and ISO 13485 standards.
• Excellent written and spoken German and English language skills.
• A proactive and precise approach to work with a strong focus on results.
