Job Description

Title: Tech Lead

Duration: 12 Months - Long Term

Location: Washington, DC 20433

 

Hybrid Onsite: 4 days per week from Day 1, with a full transition to 100% onsite anticipated soon.

 

Client is looking for a strong Tech Lead/Anchor who can take complete ownership and drive the product from the front. The ideal candidate should have around 10 years of experience, with prior experience working as a Tech Lead and the ability to act as the anchor for the team.

 

The candidate should have a strong background in AI-assisted development and proven experience building products from scratch. For example, they should have the mindset and capability to build an in-house product that could potentially replace an existing solution such as Microsoft Dynamics.

 

Looking for someone who is hands-on, proactive, takes ownership, and has the “fire in the belly” to take an idea from concept to execution and drive the team forward.
