Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead Data Platform Transformation initiatives within the EPIC program. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in managing enterprise data modernization projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Data Platform Transformation projects.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and resources.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, architects, and engineering teams.
• Drive Agile/Scrum project execution and governance.
• Track project progress and provide executive status updates.
• Ensure successful delivery of cloud and data modernization initiatives.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of IT experience with 5+ years as a Project Manager.
• Experience managing Data Platform or Data Transformation projects.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum and project management methodologies.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform).
• Understanding of Data Warehousing, Data Lakes, ETL/ELT, and Data Engineering.
• Proficiency with Jira, Azure DevOps, or Microsoft Project.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred

• PMP, CSM, or SAFe certification.
• Experience with Databricks, Snowflake, Azure Data Factory, Synapse, or Microsoft Fabric.
• Experience in enterprise digital transformation programs.
