Job Description

Overview:

Responsibilities:

  • Own the execution of advanced loss analysis (planned/unplanned), validating root causes and driving resolution and support design optimization to achieve targets. Supports design improvements with OEMs, URS development, and the engineering change pipeline ensuring performance, safety, and reliability improvements embedded into the asset base.
  • Supports advanced loss analysis, analytical tool development, and low complexity technical solutions. Contributes to factory level improvement projects.
  • Develop and refine analytical tools, dashboards, and data models that support performance monitoring and root-cause investigations at site level. Ensure alignment with global CBAs and Operational Excellence pillars.
  • Contribute to technical solution development by creating localized, low-complexity engineering or analytical solutions with minimal investment requirements.
  • Identify opportunities & support global productivity/NCI initiatives.
  • Support Knowledge Transfer Package (KTP) enabling factories to deploy process' improvements and create the right metrics of KPIs to track and monitor performance of the processes.
  • Support maintenance of standards of manufacturing processes (PCH, reference packages).
  • Lead, facilitate and build capabilities of relevant IM tools.
  • Miscellaneous as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Experience: 3-5+ years experience in a high volume manufacturing environment

Education: A bachelor s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or equivalent work experience

Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for identifying process issues and developing effective solutions. Excel required, Power BI a strong plus

Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills are necessary for collaborating with cross-functional teams

Physical requirements: Ability to travel frequently and move throughout the manufacturing plant.
